personal data processing policy

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding.

1. general provisions

1.1. This Policy describes how the personal data of visitors to the website https://knopka.tech (the “website”) is processed: the data you send through the request form, and the visit data collected by Yandex.Metrica and the website's own visit statistics if you have consented to this. The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006 (the “Law”).

1.2. The personal data operator is Behruz Kim LLC, Tax ID (INN) 5050170712, address: Moscow Region, Shchyolkovo, Finsky microdistrict, bldg. 4, apt. 159.

1.3. Requests concerning personal data — inquiries about what data is processed, rectification, deletion, withdrawal of consent — are accepted by email at pnd@bekhruz.kim. The procedure and response times are in clause 5.4.

1.4. The Policy is published on this page in open access.

2. data from the request form

2.1. What data: name, company name, email address, the means of contact and the contact itself (a username or number in Telegram, MAX or WhatsApp*), a comment, and also the answers you choose in the form yourself: industry and type of business, products of interest, when to start, country, number of employees, how you currently keep records, your role.

2.2. Together with the request, the website's server receives the address of the page it was sent from, advertising campaign tags (utm) if you arrived through such a link, your IP address and information about your browser.

2.3. The purpose is to respond to the request: to contact you in the way that suits you, arrange a call and show the products. The page address and tags are needed to understand where the request came from, and the IP address to protect the form from spam and repeated submissions.

2.4. The legal basis is your consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law). You give consent by ticking the “I agree to the processing of personal data” checkbox in the form and submitting the request; without the tick the request is not sent. The text of the consent is on the page “Consent to the processing of personal data”. Together with the request, we store a record of the consent, the date and time it was given and the version of the consent text.

2.5. The request arrives at the company's service email and is stored in a protected section of the website. The website is hosted by the hosting provider Beget LLC on servers in the Russian Federation. Requests are not forwarded to Telegram or other messengers and are not passed to other third parties.

2.6. The retention period for request data is 3 months from the date the request is received, after which the data is deleted. If you withdraw consent earlier, the data is deleted earlier — within no more than 30 days from the date the withdrawal is received (Article 21, Part 5 of the Law).

2.7. Access to requests is held only by employees who need it in order to respond to the request.

3.1. The website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service — only if you have pressed “accept” in the cookie banner. Until you have made a choice, and if you chose “necessary only”, the Metrica counter is not loaded and no visit data is sent to Yandex. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law), which you give by pressing “accept” in the cookie banner.

3.2. What data Metrica collects: a cookie with an anonymized browser identifier; the addresses of the pages viewed and the source of the visit; information about the browser, device and screen; the IP address, from which the approximate region is determined; time on the website; actions on pages — clicks, scrolling, link clicks, reaching goals (for example, “request sent”); recordings of how you used the page (Webvisor). The contents of the request form fields — name, company, email, contact, comment — are hidden in the recordings, and keystrokes in these fields are not recorded.

3.3. The purpose is visit statistics: to understand how people find and use the website and to make it more convenient. We do not try to establish your identity from this data.

3.4. Metrica data is processed by YANDEX LLC under the terms of the Yandex.Metrica service and stored on its servers. We see it in the form of reports and session recordings.

3.5. Periods: Metrica cookies are stored in your browser for up to 1 year. The periods for storing Metrica data on Yandex's servers are determined by the terms of the Yandex.Metrica service. Your choice in the banner is valid for 12 months — after that the website will ask again.

3.6. How to opt out: press “cookie settings” in the footer of any page and choose “necessary only”. Metrica will stop loading and its cookies on the website will be deleted; the marks of the website's own visit statistics (clause 3.8) will stop being sent. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

3.7. Without your consent, the website stores in the browser (localStorage and sessionStorage) only service marks: your cookie choice and the date of the choice, and whether the home page intro screen has already been shown. If you have accepted cookies, a mark of the request button pressed is also kept for the time of the move between pages — so that the goal reaches Metrica. These marks contain no personal data and are not sent anywhere.

3.8. The website's own visit statistics. If you have pressed “accept”, the website, in addition to Metrica, sends to its own server an anonymized page view mark: the page address, the domain of the website you came from (without the page address and parameters), advertising campaign tags (utm), the device type (phone or computer — by window width) and the browser language. No cookies or identifiers in the browser are used for this, and the IP address is not stored: to count unique visitors per day, the server derives from the IP address and browser information a one-time hash with a key that changes every 24 hours and is then deleted — such a hash cannot be used to recover the IP address or to recognize you the next day. The purpose is the same as in clause 3.3. The marks are stored on the website's server (clause 2.5) and are not passed to third parties. Until you have made a choice, and if you chose “necessary only”, no marks are sent.

3.9. The retention period for page view marks is 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Only summary figures by day are kept longer — how many views and visitors there were by page, source and device — without the marks of individual visits.

4. how we process

4.1. Actions with data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, rectification, use, deletion, destruction — using automation tools.

4.2. Data from the request form is not passed to third parties, except where the law expressly requires it (for example, at the request of an authorized government body). Visit data, if you have accepted cookies, is processed by YANDEX LLC — see section 3.

5. your rights

5.1. To find out what data of yours is processed and to demand that it be rectified, blocked or deleted.

5.2. To withdraw consent: for cookies and Yandex.Metrica — with the “cookie settings” button in the website footer; for the processing of request data — by email at pnd@bekhruz.kim. After the withdrawal, we stop processing and delete the request data within no more than 30 days from the date the withdrawal is received.

5.3. To appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

5.4. How to make a request: write to pnd@bekhruz.kim saying what you want — to learn about your data, to rectify or delete it, to withdraw consent. So that we can find your request, state the name, email and contact you left in the form and the approximate date of the request. We will reply within 10 business days from the date the request is received (Articles 14 and 20 of the Law); if more time is needed, the period may be extended by no more than 5 business days — in that case we will tell you the reason in advance.

6. changes

6.1. The Policy may be updated. The current version is on this page.
