consent to the processing of personal data

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding.

By ticking the “I agree to the processing of personal data” checkbox in the request form on the website https://knopka.tech and submitting the request, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006).

2. what data

Name; company name; work email address; the chosen means of contact and the contact itself (a username or number in Telegram, MAX or WhatsApp*); the text of the comment; the answers I chose in the form myself (for example, industry and type of business, products of interest, number of employees).

Technical data that the website receives together with the request: IP address, information about the browser, the address of the page the request was sent from, advertising campaign tags (utm) if I arrived through such a link.

3. purpose

To respond to my request, contact me in the chosen way and discuss connecting Knopka products.

4. what is done with the data

Collection, recording, storage, use, deletion — using automation tools.

The request arrives at the operator's service email and is stored in a protected section of the website on the servers of the hosting provider Beget LLC in the Russian Federation. The data is not passed to third parties and is not forwarded to messengers.

5. period and withdrawal

The consent is valid for 3 months from the date the request is received — after that the data is deleted — or until I withdraw it, if I withdraw it earlier.

Consent can be withdrawn by email at pnd@bekhruz.kim. After receiving the withdrawal, the operator stops processing and deletes the data within no more than 30 days. I will receive a reply to requests about my data within 10 business days.
